Refund policy

All E-book Store products are digital e-books (PDF). You receive the download link immediately after payment, on screen and by email.

Right of withdrawal: under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. For digital content, this right ends once delivery has started. By completing your order you expressly request immediate delivery of the download and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download link is sent.

Problems with your file? If the download doesn't work, the file is damaged, or you accidentally bought the same e-book twice, email us within 14 days at cp.zakelijk@outlook.com with your order number. We'll send a working copy or refund you in full.
